In 1993, Dr. Gonzalez gave a presentation to the National Cancer Institute which included 25 case reports, a remarkable achievement after only six years in practice. He put together a monograph to distribute at the event, detailing each case with accompanying medical records. That monograph has now been printed by New Spring Press, with a Foreword by Dr. Isaacs.
