The Townsend Letter website describes it as the “Examiner of Alternative Medicine.” It was founded in 1983, and is currently available as an e-Letter with links to articles on their site. It was published in print until 2023. Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez and I have had articles appear there many times over the years.

The September 9, 2023 issue of their e-Letter included an article of mine entitled “Coffee Enemas and Detoxification.”

While most of the information will be familiar to anyone who has read my review article that was published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine, in the Townsend Letter article I discuss how coffee enemas were helpful to me in my own health challenges many years ago.
